My Italian Meatloaf Glaze uses two simple ingredients and my own special seasoning blend for a meatloaf sauce that's tasty and perfect for keeping your dish low carb!

4 Tablespoons tomato paste 2 Tablespoons white vinegar 1 teaspoon dried mustard 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon salt ¾ teaspoon basil ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder
White vinegar: You can also use apple cider vinegar, or malt vinegar.
Homemade meatloaf seasoning: You can also use pre-mixed Italian seasoning if you prefer.
Low carb note: This recipe makes enough glaze for an entire meatloaf. Divided between servings, you can create a low carb meatloaf using this glaze!
