Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl.

  • Mix to combine completely.

Notes

  • White vinegar: You can also use apple cider vinegar, or malt vinegar.
  • Homemade meatloaf seasoning: You can also use pre-mixed Italian seasoning if you prefer.
  • Low carb note: This recipe makes enough glaze for an entire meatloaf. Divided between servings, you can create a low carb meatloaf using this glaze!
